At Lyara, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, we provide an exchange option under the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exchange Process:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• The customer bears the cost of shipping for returning the item.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Sale items, discounted products, and customized orders are final and cannot be exchanged.

Cash on Delivery Orders:
